Academy Lessons

Academy Beginner Private OR Academy Private

Open to riders just learning and not able to trot on their own. Brushing the horse and tacking is part of your lesson time. At the beginner level, you will need some or a lot of help tacking. Beginner Private lessons are for riders not ready to safely ride in a group and can not trot on their own. Ride time for private is 15-30 Minutes of your hour-block. This lesson can also be used as an eval. lesson or private upgrade.

Open to IEA or non-showing riders or 1/2 leases. Arrive 15-30 min before the lesson start time to tack your horse on your own. Please ask for help as needed! Some tacking time maybe included in your block time. You are riding in a group to prepare you for the show arena with others! You are able to trot and canter off line and trot over ground poles. You are starting to jump cross rails and occasionally some small verticals under 12”. Your ride time is 45-55 depending on size of group (generally 4 and under) and may vary. If only 1 rider in the lesson ride time is 30 minutes. The 1 hour 15 min block is for your instructor to make sure proper horsemanship with tacking, grooming, and putting away horse and tack. Pay as You Book $75
